Refund Policy

✔️ We will give you a FULL REFUND within 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY if you happen to change your mind for any reason!

✔️ In the rare event that you need us to send you a REPLACEMENT, we will do so for FREE and you WILL NOT have to RETURN the product!

Requesting an Exchange:

  • Step 1: Create an email directed at
  • Step 2: Enter "REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE" in all capital letters in the subject line of your email.
  • Step 3: Attach an image of your defective product and tell us what's defective about it...
  • Step 4: Send us that email!


If your request for exchange has been accepted, it means that within 30 days of ordering, you have successfully proved that your product is defective or damaged.

Since this is the case, please do not return this item. You can either keep it or throw it away!

  • Step 5: Don't send us back your product just yet... Wait for a confirmation email from us that gives you the green light! In the email, we'll notify you of our return shipping address!


It's very important that you follow these exact steps because with high email volume, there's a chance that your email would otherwise get lost in the pile... Having "REQUEST FOR REFUND" in the subject line of your email helps us stay organized and be able to actually fulfill your requests QUICKLY!

Since we prioritize refund requests, we want to make sure you set yourself up to get the attention you deserve.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within just a few days!

Please Note: Our system cannot process refunds until you have received your order. That way, we can arrange for you to send it back to us!


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • If it's still not showing, please wait 5-10 business days (Mon. - Fri.)
    • It takes time for banks to process refunds... This is out of our control.

Additional Details

You have a full 30 day period to decide if you want a refund or not. Our policy lasts 30 days. Once 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

30-Day Free Returns for our products with the exception of any furniture we sell. As far as the return of our loungers and as far as the associated shipping fees are concerned with those particular products, we do not pay the cost of your return shipping fee. Returns are simply to be sent back to the location from where your package was shipped out. If we have already shipped your package to you, you must first receive the product before you go about returning it. If your product is damaged, we will only send a replacement, in any color of your choosing.

If your product is structurally damaged, you will not have to return the item in order to receive a replacement. This applies to all products that we sell!

Please Note that our shipping method is "International." "International Shipping" allows us to ship products internationally from manufacturing sites all across the world where the products are hand-madeDelivery time can range anywhere between 7 to 24 days and perhaps a bit longer depending on the time of year... We provide you with multiple tools to track your order post-purchase!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
