Please reference our below shipping timeline estimates. Please know that what we list are simply estimates and that in some cases, it may take just a little longer depending on the efficiency of your local carrier and the time of year. :)

For our non-furniture items, the shipping time is approximately 12-20 days to the USA, UK, AU, NZ & EU.

For our furniture items (chairs, couches, etc...), the shipping time to the USA is approximately 16 to 37 days maximum. In very rare cases, it could take up to sixty days, but that's very rare. The vast number of our USA customers receive their chairs/couches in about 25 days or so. Our shipping time to the USA is fast when you consider the fact that many other furniture companies have wait-times upwards of six months, but not us, thankfully!!

As for the UK & EU, our furniture shipping time is currently about forty to sixty days. Again, this shipping time is considered fast for the furniture industry where wait-times of other furniture companies are often much longer than ours!

As for AU & NZ, our furniture shipping time is currently about fifty to seventy days with a maximum of around ninety days for AU & NZ. Again, this shipping time is considered fast for the furniture industry where wait-times of other furniture companies are often much longer than ours!

We ship to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and almost everywhere in Europe!

We're an American company as you may know. However, we ship worldwide to our customers who live in many different countries, from China. It’s very common of American companies who have customers all across the world, especially in the furniture industry, to ship and warehouse from this location.

Rest assured that by ordering through us, you are supporting an American company.

With that said, please don’t let the origin of shipment discourage you. We are an American company and as an American company, we ensure the quality of our products abide by our standards as Americans.

If you're from the USA, AU, or NZ, the answer is no, never.

If you're from Europe or the UK, the answer is that European and UK residents may possibly be asked to pay customs duty/import tax and it is your responsibility to pay it, but don’t worry, we know for certain that there would only be a small fee on our product IF there is one!

Immediately When Your Order Is Shipped, You Will Receive A Shipment Confirmation Email.

In that email, we provide you your tracking number! The button in our shipment confirmation email will lead you to the order tracking page of the shipping carrier.

We process orders immediately after you pay and it typically takes 3-5 days before it gets shipped out.

Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, your shipments may arrive at slightly different times in the event that they are being shipped from different warehouses.

Transit time is dependent on holiday schedules and excludes holidays and weekends.
